CEO - Brett Burton

Brett has been with FME/AME for over 12 years and is a shareholder in the company. He has played a key role in the Development and IT departments of AME and utilizes his experience as an IBM Certified Deployment Professional, Maximo® v6 EAM to ensure client success.  Brett has been intricately involved with many Maximo® installations and data conversions ranging from Maximo® 3.4 to Maximo® 7, as well as training classes for the same spectrum.  A few of the clients that Brett has performed Maximo® work for include NASA, Starwood Hotels & Resorts (several different hotels and chains), State of Colorado, City of Santa Barbara, Grand Casinos, Castrol International, College of New Jersey, Loudoun County, Salt Lake County, the National Park Service, Santa Clara Valley Water District, LearJet and many more.  Brett has been able to use his extensive Maximo® knowledge to help clients achieve success and see results through derived Key Performance Indicators.

VP of Services - Rob Fitzgerald

A native of Las Vegas, NV, Rob attended the College of Southern Nevada emphasizing in Electrical Engineering Technology and Programming. For over 22 years Rob worked in the pharmacy benefits management industry for Medco Health Solutions, which operates 3 fully automated pharmaceutical fulfillment centers. For the first 10 years Rob was in the Facility and Production maintenance department as a maintenance technician and later as the manager responsible for all facility and production equipment maintenance. During this time Rob played a lead role in the setup, startup and operation of Medco’s first 2 automated pharmacies in Las Vegas, NV and Willingboro, NJ. Rob was also responsible for implementing a Maximo CMMS solution in the LV facility and developed a custom Maintenance Management and Reporting system to assist in tracking the maintenance for over 3000 automated pill counting devices. Later, Rob transitioned into the IT department and worked for 12 years as a Senior System & Database Administrator for all Windows and OpenVMS production servers and Oracle, SQL Server and RDB production databases. With AME (formerly FME) Rob has worked on Maximo upgrade, implementation and/or training with clients such as LearJet, PeaceHealth, Santa Clara Valley Water District, the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Missouri University of Science and Technology and Nasa’s Glenn Research Center. Rob’s experience and results oriented attitude towards customer service make him a welcome member of the AME team.

CFO - David Burton

David Burton has worked in Information Technology (I/T) for the past 30 years. He graduated from the University of Utah with an accounting degree. He was hired by Dow Chemical after graduation.  He worked at Dow for 24 years in the I/T department and reached the level of Director of I/T Architecture.  Dave retired from Dow in 2000 and joined Microsoft  for 2 years as a Principle Consultant where he worked on cost/benefit studies for customers.  He then worked 5 years for IBM as a Principal Consultant in the PC division. Dave has consulted with large firms including Coca-Cola, Chrysler, HCA, etc.

Director of Business Development - Joe Baughman

Mr. Baughman began work with AME (formerly FME) in 2007. Since then Joe has contributed to the development of proven processes and methods for asset management that have become standardized in the company. Joe’s background includes a combination of practical industrial maintenance experience, engineering training, design/build ability and marketing skills that contribute to developing processes and methods for improving asset management operations and lower costs. Industrial maintenance skills were developed early in Joe’s career on oil rigs during extended stints between college semesters.  His sales and marketing experience includes V.P. of Sales and Marketing for LHI, Inc. where he was personally responsible for many national accounts including L.L. Bean and CarQuest Automotive.  While working for Wyoming Wear, a $6M company based in Jackson Hole, WY manufacturing outdoor gear, Joe was promoted from regional sales to Director of Sales and Marketing in less than 18 months. Joe’s experience growing his own businesses, designing and building high end homes in Jackson, WY and S. Utah, and as an inventor with current patents pending all contribute to helping AME’s clients achieve outstanding asset management results at any level.

Hobbies and interests include skiing, mountain biking, backcountry camping, photography, architecture and flying.

Education: 3 years at Utah State University and 1 year at the University of Wyoming in Engineering and Business. National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).
