AME Assumes FME Business
On Dec 1, 2009 a new company was formed to assume the business of FME (Facility Management Engineering). The name of the new company is AME (Asset Management Engineering).
Background
The owner of FME decided to retire his company. He discussed this closing with the FME employees and a plan was set in motion to form a new employee owned company (AME) to include the same employees, assets, and ongoing business.
Business As Usual
AME appreciates your business. Our plan is to make this transition as smooth as possible for you and your projects. If you have an open PO with FME, you have the option of transferring it to AME. Or, FME will honor the PO, and sub-contract the work to AME. We are discussing this transition with each FME customer. Please contact us with any questions.
